Our standard service is to pack and ship all orders received before 2PM the very same day where the order items are in stock.
This quick turn around of orders doesn't give us much time to make alterations to addresses or contact numbers.
If you have noticed an error in your details please reply to your order confirmation email or email shop@mendmyi.com quoting your order number as soon as possible.
If you have supplied us with incorrect details and we have shipped the order before getting the opportunity to correct the details you will have to wait for the order to be returned to us before we can re-ship.
If you need your order quickly we would ask for you to order the items again using the correct details. A refund will be actioned for the original items once they have been received back in as sent condition.
