As outlined in our 'Sending Your device' and 'Returning Your device' sections we have full, private in transit insurance.
If your device gets lost or damaged in transit we will either replace it like for like or fix the additional damage caused by the logistics company at no additional charge to you.

Please note if damage has been caused by negligent packaging from the sender, this will not be covered under our in transit insurance and mendmyi reserves the right at their soul discretion to reject said repair and/or quote for the repairs at the senders cost.
